Small Group Training

Our signature program brings together 2 to 8 clients per session for functional strength training that is safe, challenging, and endlessly varied. Every class is designed from scratch by our certified coaches, so you will never repeat the same workout twice.

Each session blends compound movements, core stability work, and strategic cardio intervals to build real-world strength. Our coaches provide injury-safe modifications for every exercise, ensuring that whether you are working around an old knee injury or managing a chronic condition, you can train with confidence.

The small group format means you get personal attention without the price tag of one-on-one training. Whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you will find your level here. Your coach tracks your progress, adjusts weights and movements in real time, and keeps you accountable — and so does the community around you, celebrating PRs and showing up for each other session after session.

Nutrition Coaching

Training is only part of the equation. Our nutrition coaching program provides personalized guidance built around your lifestyle, food preferences, and goals. No fad diets, no extreme restrictions, just sustainable habits that fuel your workouts and your life.

We work with you to build a nutrition plan that makes sense for your schedule and your body. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved energy, or managing a health condition, our approach is rooted in balance and long-term sustainability.

Regular check-ins keep you on track, and your coach is available to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your wins along the way.

Your First Visit

What to Expect

Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Show up a few minutes before class so we can introduce ourselves, give you a quick tour of the studio, and learn about any injuries or limitations you want us to know about.

Warm Up Together

Every session starts with a guided warm-up that prepares your body for the workout ahead. Your coach will walk you through each movement and offer modifications from the start.

Train at Your Level

During the workout, your coach will guide you through every exercise with proper form cues. Every movement has a modification, so you work at the intensity that is right for you.

Cool Down & Connect

We finish with a cool-down and stretch. Stick around for a minute afterward to chat with your coach and fellow members. This is what makes our community so special!
